- Children under 1 year of age
Etiology: AD or sporadic form – osseous growth spurt during development.
Common sites:
- Mandible
- Clavicle
- Scapula
- Frontal bone
- Ulna
Radiology: Mandibular enlargement, cortical redundancy
Lab:
- Anemia
- Leukocytosis
- ↑ ESR
- ↑Serum alkaline phosphatase.
- Monocytosis
Management: Symptomatic
