Ramsay Hunt Syndrome

Etiology:

Zoster infection of geniculate ganglion

Clinical:

  • Facial paralysis
  • Severe pain of EAM and pinna
  • Vesicular eruptions along a dermatome

Management:

  • Antiviral therapy
  • Corticosteroids
