Incidence:

• 70% – parotid tumors
• 20% – upper lip

Histology:

• Well encapsulated tumour
• Bilayers of basaloid cells in sheets or islands
• In a delicate stroma

Management: Wide surgical excision, some risk of recurrence due to multifocal lesions in 20% of cases
