Clinical

• Ulceration and jaw swelling
• Progressive jaw pain
• Rare: Trismus, dysphonia

Management

• Radical surgical resection + neck dissection
• Follow up to avid recurrence

NB:

• Metastasis to lungs, liver, lymph nodes, kidney, spleen, skull, skin
• Initially: Similar to ameloblastoma
• Late: Similar to OSCC
