Myoepithelioma

Oral Pathology
  • Tumours consisting of myoepithelial cells (smooth muscle)
  • Actin, cytokeratin and S-100 +ve
  • They exhibit spindle cell or plasmacytoid differentiation (common) or clear cell
    change (rare)
